Services offered

We design programs for people who want to get the most out of strength training. It is not about Olympic athletes, it is about the people, athletes, mostly young people or fitness people who want the most out of the time they spend in the gym. “Just do What” is the expression you have heard us use so often. That is what we tell you.

Sport specific: Strength training is one of the missing links of sports. Young athletes need to get the right information at he right age. If you are a parent contact me for more information on how strength training can help your daughter or son.

Teams: Strength training for an entire team can be a time consuming procedure that for most amateur teams just is way too complicated to keep track of the entire team.

Fitness: We have  been doing one on one over the net training for the past 2 years. If you are tired of working out with no results or confused by all quick fix non-sense in the magazines this program is for you.
