Muscle Meddy Fitness Foundation is dedicated to promoting natural bodybuilding and fitness in East Africa. It was established in December 2005 by a group of fitness personalities.

We are happy to announce a new event that will take place Jan 30th, 2010: NTP-FAME East Africa!!!!
It will be geared towards all natural athletes in Africa, and will be held Eldoret, Kenya!!!!
The event is organized by the World Natural Sports Organization (WNSO) and will be run by Muscle Meddy Fitness Foundation.
